I have been there 5 times in the last three years, before, during and after all these changes and one thing for sure is the people are suffering.

Most families earn about 20.00 -25.00 per month on their government paid jobs, take out 5.00 for transportation, 6.00 for rent, get a few discount food staples on their little booklets and they are broke and starving.
